[The day Sephiroth apologizes is the day the entire planet freezes over. Which unless an ice age is suddenly at hand, that's not going to happen.

Sephiroth is now flipping through the channels, though he casts a glance towards Zack with a silent look that says: it's your fault I got kicked out. But he says nothing, and just looks mostly annoyed at the TV.]

[chocobohaired]

[ Zack snorts at the look Sephiroth's giving him and slumps down into the couch. Still, he's pretty amused by the whole situation. ]

I think we just got banned from the kitchen.

[sefirot]

Cloud is overdramatic. He'll settle down, though if you had not interfered, we'd both still be in there.

[He stops flipping through the channels to give Zack yet another accusing look.]

[chocobohaired]

[ Zack laughs at that. ]

Cloud is overdramatic? Seph, have you ever listened to yourself speak? Besides, you started it.

[sefirot]

Had you not decided to step in, Cloud never would have gotten angry. It all lies on you.

[He gestures towards Zack to make emphasis.]

And he threatened with a knife, that is overdramatic. Next time leave things be. You spend enough time with Cloud.

[chocobohaired]

[ Zack ignores that in favour of grinning at Sephiroth's final words and immediately tease him for them. ]

You're not jealous are you?

[sefirot]

Hardly. Simply surprised you're not running back in there as we speak.

[Yeah he's jealous.]

[chocobohaired]

[ Zack laughs and playfully elbows Sephiroth's side. ]

Yes, you are. You're sooo jealous. It's okay, Seph. I don't blame you. Cloud's a guy worth getting jealous over.

[Sephiroth grabs ahead of Zack's arm after he elbows him.]

Jealously is an human emotion far below what I've become. Cloud and I are bound together by fate. You ... have woven yourself into that. But you've always been apart of it, I suppose.

[chocobohaired]

[ Zack snorts a little, though he chuckles when his arm is grabbed. ]

You're still capable of human emotion, Seph. I mean, you get pissed off a lot. That's a human emotion.

[ He smiles a little. ]

That your way of sayin' you don't mind me being here either?

[sefirot]

[Sephiroth stares at him a moment before letting out a huff. Through it all he's still holding onto Zack's arm]

I tolerate you both.

[That's kind of a yes]

[chocobohaired]

[ Zack doesn't pull away from Sephiroth, chuckling instead at his response. ]

Aww, thanks, Seph. I tolerate you too.

[sefirot]

Be grateful I feel that way.

[He finally lets go because he's going to get up and try to sneak his way back into the kitchen, and hope that Cloud doesn't stab him. Or stab him too badly at least. Either way, it'll be fine. Probably even more than fine if Zack stops him and prevents a disaster from happening.]

[chocobohaired]

Well, you haven't killed me yet so I figured you had to at least like me a little bit.

[ Zack grins at that, though he lets out a low snort as he notices Sephiroth's body language, as it seems to suggest he's thinking of going to the kitchen again. Well, Zack's not going to stop him. Sephiroth can make his own mistakes. ]

You're right, I haven't.

[That's all he says on the topic of not murdering Zack. He does get up and slips into the kitchen, quieter than someone his size out to be able to move.

He's just going to try and sneak up behind Cloud again because this is the best plan after he got threatened earlier.]

Are you still angry, Cloud?

[chocobohaired]

[ Cloud's finished chopping vegetables and is now cutting up meat. Even with his enhanced senses, he doesn't hear Sephiroth until the man suddenly speaks. He startles, gripping tight around the knife in his hand. He spins around and glares daggers at Sephiroth, knife in hand. ]

Well, now I am. Don't fucking sneak up on me like that! Especially when I'm holding a knife!

[sefirot]

Why? Are you going to stab me, Cloud?

[Because Sephiroth is that kind of person he moves in as close as possible. Almost close enough for the knife Cloud is holding to be touching. He's playing with fire and he knows it. But it's just so tempting to push those buttons.]

[chocobohaired]

[ It's tempting, but would not be very productive (plus it's probably what Sephiroth wants him to do too). Cloud's glare intensifies for a moment before he huffs and turns around to continue what he started. He's almost finished with the meat anyway. ]

If you're gonna be here, you could at least do something useful.

[sefirot]

[That's so anti-climatic. He was hoping for another threat at least. Taking the opportunity now that Cloud's back is turned again, he steps in placing his hands on the counter on both sides. He leans forward so that his chin is practically on Cloud's shoulder.]

Oh? Such as?

[chocobohaired]

[ Sephiroth is so annoying... though admittedly, he doesn't mind the sudden closeness as much as he probably should. He turns his head, their faces quite close now. ]

Mm... You can...

[ He leans in closer, their lips almost touching. ]

Do the cleanup.

[ He smirks, though he doesn't move away, curious if Sephiroth will do anything. ]

[... Sephiroth wasn't sure what answer he was expecting but it wasn't that. Still Cloud hasn't moved, so neither will he.

They can play this little game. Whatever it is.]

Zack can take care of that. I'd much rather stay right here.

[chocobohaired]

[ Cloud snorts softly and reaches up to grab Sephiroth by the collar of his shirt. ]

Would you now?

[ With that he closes the gap between their lips. ]

[Oh. Well. He had planning on just baiting Cloud into trying to stab him, but this is okay too. He didn't expect that and it makes his earlier conversation with Zack a little ironic. He's still not jealous or anything.

Though maybe now Zack will be.

Even though he kind of already has Cloud trapped between himself and the counter he moves in a bit closer make sure he really has no where to go.]

[ Glad he's not being pushed away (not that he'd really expected to be - Sephiroth is not a very subtle man, no matter what he may think himself), Cloud wraps his arms around Sephiroth's neck to deepen the kiss.

Zack's been able to hear snippets of Sephiroth and Cloud's conversation, so when things suddenly go quiet, well... he has to investigate. Finding the two engaged in a kiss makes him a raise a surprised eyebrow before he grins instead. ]

Well, well. About time.

[ Definitely not jealous. The opposite really. It's not like he and Cloud haven't talked about their mutual attraction to Sephiroth before... ]

[sefirot]

[His feelings are complicated at best, and while he always says its the opposite, he's clearly drawn to Cloud in many ways. He's rather attached to both of them really. Though he won't admit to that either.

Unfortunately for Cloud, Sephiroth does break the kiss at the voice. Stepping back to give Zack a look. Ah, right Zack was just in the other room.

He's a little annoyed that, once again, Zack has ruined his bother Cloud time, but he doesn't sound angry or anything. The commentary threw him off a little bit.]
